Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary strategic contact and ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Lead project scoping and planning, translating client requirements into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Oversee campaign development from conception through delivery, maintaining timelines and budgets
- Develop and pitch strategic communication recommendations that address client business goals
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between account, creative, clinical, and production teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategic direction
- Present results, insights, and performance metrics to stakeholders and clients
- Support business development through relationship management and proposal development
