What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in our Level III Trauma ICU with typical acuity-based assignments of 1:2–3 ratio
- Manage diverse critical conditions including DKA, COPD exacerbations, GI hemorrhage, cardiac emergencies, and ventilator-dependent patients
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, team-centered culture
- Monitor complex patients using current critical care technology and implement clinical protocols
- Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and dignity during overnight care delivery
What We're Looking For
- Current RN licensure in Missouri with active unrestricted license
- ICU experience preferred; strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required
- Ability to function independently during night shifts with sound judgment in dynamic situations
- BLS certification; ACLS and PCCN certifications are a plus
- Commitment to collaborative practice and continuous professional development
