Account Executive – Medical Communications (Canada)

Prime is looking for an Account Executive to lead client relationships in the medical communications industry from anywhere in Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time remote opportunity to grow your career managing healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts.

Role Overview

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for medical communications clients, guiding them through complex healthcare marketing and regulatory communication challenges. You'll leverage your industry knowledge to identify opportunities, deepen client partnerships, and drive business growth through strategic account management.

What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical communications clients
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored communications strategies and services
• Manage account budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with creative, regulatory, and delivery teams to execute client projects
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that affect client communications strategies
• Negotiate agreements and manage contract terms to support growth objectives
• Report on account performance and contribute to pipeline forecasting

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in account management, medical communications, or healthcare sales
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and healthcare industry practices
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills
• Proven track record managing sales pipelines and achieving targets
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
