About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing digital-first organization in the financial services sector. Our client is transforming how Canadians access insurance products through modern technology and a customer-centric approach. They are seeking a Bilingual Quebec Licensed Insurance Advisor to join their remote team and help educate customers across life, critical illness, and health insurance solutions.

This is a high-volume consultative sales role where you'll manage 300–350 inbound leads monthly, guiding customers through their insurance decisions via phone, email, and SMS. You'll be part of a remote-first culture with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and product development discussions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective clients on life, critical illness, and health insurance options using digital tools and consultative product knowledge
• Communicate fluently with customers in both French and English to answer questions and guide them through the purchasing process
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads each month with strong follow-through
• Use CRM systems to track conversations, follow-ups, and application stages
• Recommend appropriate coverage based on customer needs using an honest, consultative approach
• Deliver high-quality service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, SMS)
• Address customer inquiries related to their insurance needs, product details, and the application process
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve workflows and enhance customer experience
• Maintain consistent service standards that reflect the organization's commitment to transparency and customer care

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification as a Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent
• Open to obtaining Quebec provincial licensing if not already licensed there
• 1–4 years of experience in insurance or a related consultative sales environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused role
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle objections and explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language
• Natural relationship-builder who establishes rapport quickly and makes clients feel heard
• High empathy and discretion when discussing personal or financial matters
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
• Growth-oriented approach with adaptability to change and commitment to process improvement
• Ownership mentality over your work and pipeline management
• Group Insurance of Persons license considered a valuable asset
