Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization seeking a technical leader to oversee building systems and operations across a multi-site hotel portfolio. In this role, you will:

• Ensure seamless technical operations and maintenance across all properties
• Lead the technical team and provide professional guidance to regional managers and site-level technical leaders
• Develop investment and maintenance strategies in collaboration with individual locations
• Monitor scheduled maintenance, inspections, and compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards
• Take responsibility for technical cost-efficiency, energy optimization, and asset preservation
• Coordinate technical measures across building systems, infrastructure, and facility management
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor relationships, and collaboration with external service providers
• Organize training sessions and meetings for site technical leaders
• Advance centralized maintenance and procurement agreements
• Drive digital transformation of technical processes and workflows organization-wide

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical university degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, building services, supply systems, facility management, or comparable field
• Minimum ten years of professional experience, including at least five years in hotel technical operations
• Broad understanding of building systems, operations, infrastructure, and supply technology
• Proven experience leading decentralized organizations and teams
• Strong background in project management and change management
• High digital and IT affinity, ideally with facility management system experience
• German language proficiency at negotiation level
• Willingness to travel regularly, approximately three to four days per week
• Valid driver's license (Class B)

Pay

This position offers compensation of €100,000–€140,000 annually, along with a company vehicle for private use and additional benefits. Specific pay details will be discussed during the interview process.
