What You'll Do
- Provide direct behavioral support and counseling to individuals experiencing mental health challenges or living with disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized support plans tailored to client needs and goals

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical supervisors and healthcare providers
- Support clients in daily living activities, community integration, and skill development
