Direct Sales District Associate Manager

Allstate is seeking a results-driven Direct Sales District Associate Manager to lead and expand insurance sales operations in Foley, Baldwin County. In this full-time role, you'll manage a dedicated sales team while driving growth across home, auto, accident and health insurance products.

Role Overview

As a Direct Sales District Associate Manager at Allstate, you'll oversee daily sales activities across your district, leading a team of insurance professionals dedicated to customer success. Your focus will be building strong relationships with customers, meeting aggressive sales targets, and establishing Allstate's market presence in Baldwin County. You'll work with both independent insurance agents and direct-to-consumer channels, ensuring consistent service quality and steady revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed district goals
• Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified insurance sales professionals
• Drive new business through active prospecting and relationship development
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and all insurance regulations
• Coach and train team members on products, sales methods, and customer service
• Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to grow Allstate's customer base
