What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across the Pacific Northwest region
- Establish and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed performance targets
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying expansion opportunities
- Recruit, train, and support sales professionals to deliver industry-leading customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales approach and positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty
- Monitor team productivity and individual performance against established goals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales management or leadership experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategy effectively
- High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment
- Leadership experience that demonstrates ability to develop and motivate team members
- Familiarity with insurance products and the Pacific Northwest market is a plus
