Responsibilities

As an Experience Host, you will:

• Design and lead memorable activities such as city tours, nature excursions, or specialty workshops
• Teach skills in areas like cooking, photography, language, crafts, or wellness practices
• Curate unique outings including food tours, cultural experiences, fitness sessions, or historical walks
• Host guests safely and professionally while sharing your expertise and local knowledge
• Manage your own booking calendar, pricing, and group sizes
• Maintain quality standards and deliver consistently excellent guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of Seattle, WA or surrounding areas with ability to showcase hidden gems
• Expertise in a teachable skill: culinary arts, fitness/wellness, photography, history, arts and crafts, or cultural traditions
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to groups
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments for others
• Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to guest safety
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Experience in teaching, guiding, or hosting is a plus but not required
