About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in creating an efficient, customer-focused operation. You'll be on the front lines of our Lewisville store, managing team members, ensuring quality standards, and building a workplace where both employees and customers have great experiences. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced retail and delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during scheduled shifts, including food preparation, order accuracy, and delivery coordination
• Train, motivate, and supervise team members while maintaining a positive workplace culture
• Monitor food quality and safety compliance, including temperature controls and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward resolution to maintain satisfaction
• Support the Store Manager with scheduling, hiring, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and local health codes

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
• A commitment to customer service and operational excellence
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
