Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking an experienced Art Director to join their team in Dresden. In this role, you will:
- Develop innovative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, brand identities, and digital products
- Lead the creative team, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development
- Evaluate creative work, copy, and visuals to ensure the highest quality standards
- Present and defend creative ideas both internally and to clients
- Integrate current design trends, technologies, and AI-supported tools into workflows
- Collaborate closely with project management and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient processes
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking a creative leader with:
- Completed studies or training in graphic design, communication design, or motion design – or equivalent experience
- Several years of agency experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director
- Experience in motion design, 3D visualization, UX/UI, or content creation
- Strong sense of style, aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling
- Prior experience leading teams and taking on leadership responsibility
- Passion for innovative ideas and concepts with a commitment to creative excellence
- Knowledge of production processes and mastery of industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Enthusiasm for modern technologies such as generative AI to support creative processes
- Strong German language skills, both written and verbal
- Portfolio of work samples required with application
