AI Designer— Motion & Génératif (H/F) – CDI – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creative agency in Paris that specializes in AI-driven content production. Our client seeks an AI Designer specializing in Motion and Generative Content to join their specialized creative technology team in the 9th arrondissement.

This is a permanent position (CDI) based in Paris with up to 3 days remote work per week. The role is available for immediate start.

Responsibilities

AI Content Production (core focus)

• Produce image and video content using generative AI tools according to precise creative briefs
• Handle post-production and integration of AI-generated assets into final deliverables, including editing, compositing, and motion work
• Ensure quality and consistency across all visual outputs

Motion Design & Creative Execution

• Create video content using motion design techniques in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Adapt validated visual concepts across 360-degree campaign formats including social media, display, digital film, and out-of-home
• Contribute to the development of moodboards and key visuals during pre-production phases
• Collaborate directly with other creatives under the direction of a senior creative technologist

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Degree in Design (graphic design or motion design) or equivalent professional agency experience
• A portfolio demonstrating concrete AI production work is mandatory - applications without AI deliverables will not be reviewed

Required Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Demonstrated experience with AI creation platforms for image and video generation
• Working knowledge of multiple generative AI models and tools
• Prior experience with node-based AI creation interfaces is valued
• Familiarity with Figma

Important Note: Our client is seeking someone whose core expertise is AI production, who uses motion design to elevate the quality of final outputs. This is not a motion designer role with AI as a secondary skill.

Language: Fluency in French is required for this position.

Pay
