Our client is building the systems that enable brands to reach consumers through AI-powered platforms and assistants—a rapidly growing channel that's reshaping how purchasing decisions are made. With strong venture backing and momentum across 150+ brand clients, they're establishing a leadership position in a market evolving at exceptional speed.

We're seeking an Agency Partnerships Manager based in Paris (on-site) to own and build the media agency channel from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with major media agency holdings (Publicis, Havas, Omnicom, Dentsu, WPP/GroupM) and independent agencies as your dedicated book of business
• Drive vendor onboarding processes, negotiate framework agreements and annual terms, and lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with agency partners
• Represent our client within the agency ecosystem through co-marketing initiatives, industry events, and thought leadership activities
• Evangelize planning, trading, and strategy teams through training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and agency day events
• Secure placement in media plans and grow agency-sourced revenue quarter over quarter
• Build the agency playbook in collaboration with sales leadership: mapping holdings, identifying decision-makers, tracking pitch calendars and planning cycles
• Gather market feedback from agencies regarding formats, reporting, measurement, and pricing requirements to inform product and commercial strategy

What We're Looking For

Must-have qualifications:

• Current experience carrying a portfolio of media agencies, either at a sales house (régie) or within adtech
• Proven ability to secure meetings at major holdings—you can name three where you'd get a meeting this week and identify your key contact
• Track record of owning agency-sourced budgets with measurable revenue outcomes
• Comfortable presenting to and influencing trading, planning, and strategy teams
• Professional English proficiency required

Nice to have:

• Direct experience negotiating framework agreements and vendor referencing processes
• Deep adtech fluency and commercial understanding
• Startup or scale-up environment experience
