Customer Care Team Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential preventive healthcare organization based in Paris that is scaling rapidly across Europe. They are hiring their first dedicated Customer Care Team Lead to own the member experience end-to-end while building and managing a world-class support team.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level, personally shape support operations from day one, and grow into a leadership role as the team scales. You'll work onsite in Paris with a mission-driven team focused on helping people live healthier, longer lives.

Responsibilities

• Personally resolve member and lab partner inquiries via chat and phone, delivering high-touch support from day one
• Act as an expert power user of internal tools, testing systems and advocating for improvements that boost operational efficiency
• Design proactive care initiatives to ensure member satisfaction remains consistently best-in-class
• Build, mentor, and lead a growing support team as operations scale
• Write core SOPs, escalation pathways, and training guides to standardize excellence
• Turn daily support interactions into structured insights that directly inform product roadmap decisions
• Own member happiness metrics and stabilize operational performance during rapid growth

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years in high-volume B2C customer care or support, with a track record of mentoring peers
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Genuine warmth, high empathy, and enthusiasm in every member interaction
• Phone-first instinct—you default to picking up the phone when a complex issue needs a personal touch
• Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or inaccuracies
• Readiness to step into your first formal lead role

Nice to Have:

• Prior background in healthtech, fintech, or another high-compliance consumer space
• Thrives in early-stage environments with high autonomy and rapid execution
• Practical experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and boost support efficiency
