Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential preventive health organization in Paris. This senior medical role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, evidence standards, and product delivery. You will provide medical oversight for biomarker interpretation, clinical protocols, and all member-facing medical content.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining clinical protocols, decision trees, and biomarker reference ranges that translate medical reasoning into executable standards
• Setting the evidence bar for what can be tested, claimed, or recommended in a preventive health context
• Reviewing AI-generated medical outputs for clinical accuracy and safety
• Writing and approving biomarker explanations, protocol rationales, and in-product clinical language in both French and English
• Providing clinical sign-off for marketing materials and member communications
• Establishing clinical review processes, quality-control systems, and medical governance frameworks in partnership with medical operations
• Managing clinical escalation criteria and medical risk-management processes
• Reviewing edge cases and sensitive clinical outputs that require senior judgment

This is not a bedside role, an operations role, or a copywriting position. You will collaborate closely with product, medical operations, medical reviewers, and AI teams without owning their roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• MD (preferred) with substantial clinical practice—significantly more experience than a junior reviewer
• Strong clinical judgment both case-by-case and when defining institutional standards
• Ability to set protocol logic, reference ranges, and evidence standards that others can implement
• Publication-quality writing skills in both French and English
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, operations, AI, and clinical review teams
• Comfort balancing medical rigor with pragmatic execution
• Ownership mindset beyond a narrow specialty lane

Preferred background:

• Prevention, internal medicine, nutrition, functional medicine, cardiology, public health, or related preventive fields
• Experience translating clinical expertise into scalable protocols or standards
• Additional European languages beyond French and English

This role may not be the right fit if you:

• Want to focus primarily on traditional bedside practice
• Prefer to run laboratory operations, partner management, or operational queues
• Want to own the product roadmap
• Prefer pure research or citation work without shipping clinical standards
• Are a copywriter without real clinical practice
• Need every process already defined before contributing
• Prioritize predictable work hours over mission intensity

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on experience level and qualifications.

Location and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based primarily in Paris, with flexibility considered for the right senior profile. Europe-based candidates are welcome if willing to travel regularly to Paris. Relocation support may be available. French and English language fluency is required.
