About This Role
We are representing a confidential cryptocurrency exchange in their search for an Affiliate Business Development Manager to work remotely from anywhere in the world, with a focus on South Asia markets.
In this position, you will build and optimize affiliate partnerships that drive user acquisition and trading activity. Your primary focus will be expanding influencer networks in local markets, identifying high-performing partners, and converting traffic into active platform users.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns across multiple networks
- Expand influencer resources in South Asia markets to drive trading users and platform revenue
- Identify and recruit potential affiliates through creative outreach strategies
- Optimize business development strategies and plan conversion-focused actions
- Analyze user behavior patterns and trends to inform business development decisions
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry
- Proven track record building large affiliate networks from inception to maturity
- Experience with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Strong understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and performance optimization methods
- Ability to improve results through data analysis and audience segmentation
- Fluency in English plus one or more South Asia languages (Urdu, Punjabi, or similar)
