Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Hamburg seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their finance and advisory team. This is not a typical student side job—it's a performance-driven role designed for ambitious students who want responsibility, clear goals, and a direct pathway into professional financial consulting.

This position offers structured onboarding, regular coaching, and the potential to transition into a trainee program. You'll work in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative and results matter, supported by an experienced team and clear performance metrics.

Note: Excellent German language skills (C1+) are required, as training, team communication, and future IHK certification pathways are conducted entirely in German.

Responsibilities

Initial Phase (First Weeks):

• Schedule client appointments through phone outreach, networking, and provided leads
• Build and maintain a clean prospect pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up processes, and documentation standards
• Work with key performance indicators, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve results

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured manner
• Participate in client conversations (based on your development stage) and manage follow-up communications
• Maintain clean processes and consistent documentation to ensure reliability
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and dependability
• Self-initiative and structured working style
• Motivation for performance-based work and measurable results

Preferred:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or performance-oriented environments (sports, competitive academics)

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are looking for a traditional "few hours on the side" student job
• Prefer to avoid phone work or appointment scheduling
• Have German language skills below C1 level
• Prioritize security over professional development
