Accounting Solutions Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for an Accounting Solutions Consultant. Our client is building next-generation financial software that helps modern finance teams automate critical operations. This is a remote position open to candidates throughout the United States, with optional hybrid collaboration in New York City or San Francisco.

As an Accounting Solutions Consultant, you'll play a central role in helping new customers successfully adopt our client's platform. You'll combine your accounting expertise with customer-facing skills to guide finance teams through onboarding, implementation, and system adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and deployment efforts, ensuring smooth and timely implementation experiences
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to execute implementation plans and resolve customer challenges
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows, translating business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
• Guide customers through training, change management, and platform adoption
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track project milestones, drive follow-through, and maintain alignment among internal and external stakeholders
• Identify implementation risks early and escalate issues to keep customer launches on track
• Build trust with customers through responsive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented service
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles
• Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and core finance workflows
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Systems-minded approach with eagerness to learn implementation work (formal implementation experience not required)
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments while maintaining high attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Big 4, SaaS, or technology company background is a plus

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai is location-based. For candidates in major metropolitan areas (Tier A), the range is $100,000 to $150,000 base salary. This role also includes equity compensation. Final offers will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and the scope of responsibilities.
