Deployment Lead – ERP Solutions

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for an experienced Deployment Lead to guide enterprise software implementations for finance teams. This is a remote role open to candidates across the United States.

Our client serves accounting and finance departments with AI-native enterprise software. They work with over 600 companies and partner with leading accounting firms. Backed by top-tier investors, they're building financial infrastructure for the next generation of businesses.

We're seeking someone who has led ERP implementations and can translate complex accounting requirements into practical system solutions. You may come from an ERP implementation firm, Big 4 finance transformation practice, systems consulting team, or a SaaS company serving finance organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and deployment activities, ensuring smooth and timely implementation
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows, translating needs into clear requirements and solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption processes
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track milestones, drive follow-through, and maintain alignment across stakeholders throughout onboarding
• Identify risks early, escalate issues appropriately, and keep customer launches on track
• Build trust through responsive, thoughtful, solutions-oriented customer engagement
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (Big 4 or implementation firms)
• Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments strongly preferred
• Hands-on ERP experience with platforms like NetSuite, SAP, or Workday, including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live
• Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, revenue recognition) and system translation
• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Systems-minded with solid project management capabilities; able to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai is structured by geographic zone. The expected base salary ranges are:

• Zone A: $100,000 – $150,000
• Zone B: $100,000 – $140,000
• Zone C: $100,000 – $130,000

Final compensation within the applicable range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and scope of the role. This position is also eligible for equity and benefits.
