Account Representative | San Jose, CA

TTI is hiring a full-time Account Representative for our sales team in Fremont, Alameda County, serving the San Jose market and surrounding region.

About This Position

Join TTI as an Account Representative and drive revenue growth through direct customer outreach and relationship building. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop a strong territory while representing a company committed to product quality and customer success. You'll leverage multiple communication channels to identify prospects, close deals, and expand our market presence in the San Jose and Bay Area region.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, internet platforms, and fax to present and sell TTI's products and services
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, Product Management, and Sales Management to identify new customer opportunities and increase market penetration
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial customer contact through contract negotiation and deal closure
• Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity logs in company systems
• Meet or exceed defined sales objectives and quarterly performance targets
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical product information to support the sales process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, sales development, or business development roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers across industries
• Comfort with telephone prospecting and comfort communicating through digital channels
• Proficiency with email, CRM software, and basic internet-based sales tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets independently
• Willingness to learn TTI's product suite and industry market dynamics
