About the Role

As a Field Sales and Marketing Representative based in Morristown, Tennessee, you will represent TTI's portfolio of power tools and accessories in the field, building relationships with retail partners and customers. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for an energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven environment and enjoys creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TTI products through regular in-person visits to retail locations across the Morristown and Hamblen County area
• Develop strong working relationships with store associates, managers, and customers to grow brand loyalty
• Conduct product demonstrations and share technical knowledge to influence purchasing decisions
• Monitor product placement, merchandising, and inventory to maximize visibility and availability
• Gather market and competitor insights from the field to support sales strategy
• Meet and exceed individual sales and marketing targets
