About the Role

As a Senior Claim Representative specializing in workers' compensation, you'll manage complex cases from intake through resolution. You'll evaluate claims, gather evidence, communicate with claimants and employers, and ensure each case receives thorough, fair handling. What You'll Do

• Review and analyze workers' compensation claims to determine coverage, liability, and benefit eligibility
• Investigate claims by collecting medical records, conducting interviews, and consulting with medical providers
• Develop settlement strategies and negotiate resolutions with claimants, defense counsel, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate, detailed claim files and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor case progress, manage timelines, and meet statutory and company deadlines
• Mentor junior representatives and contribute to team performance and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience handling workers' compensation claims in a representative or adjuster role
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law, policy, and benefit structures
