About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS client seeking an Account Manager in Paris. This is a hybrid role focused on expanding product adoption within an existing customer base while building lasting client relationships. You'll work consultatively to match business objectives with the right platform solutions and payment integrations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts
- Drive adoption of payment solutions and platform upgrades within your existing customer portfolio
- Conduct software demonstrations covering core products, modules, and advanced features
- Guide customers through upgrade paths from basic to advanced platform tiers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize account growth
- Track key metrics including added monthly recurring revenue and net retention
- Build customer advocacy and deepen organizational understanding of client needs
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve organizational goals beyond your core remit
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, sales development, or a similar quota-carrying role
- Understanding of solution-based consultative selling in a SaaS environment
- Ability to use Salesforce and other CRM technologies to manage pipeline effectively
- Professional confidence when communicating with executive-level contacts
- Strong task and time management capabilities
- Fluency in both French and English
- Professional poise and customer-first mindset
