Account Manager – Affiliate & Partner Marketing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential partner marketing agency seeking an Account Manager to lead affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives. Our client works with high-growth brands across technology, hospitality, fintech, and SaaS sectors to drive acquisition through strategic partnerships.

This is a remote position based in the United States, offering exposure to enterprise-level accounts and direct collaboration with agency leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results by developing creative strategies and managing team deliverables on key client objectives
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across multiple client portfolios
• Lead strategic partner recruitment and develop relationships with high-value partners
• Formulate and execute strategies aligned with client goals across affiliate and influencer channels
• Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Associates
• Communicate performance metrics and strategic direction to clients and internal stakeholders
• Present, justify, and defend recommendations to clients with supporting data analysis
• Assist with business development efforts and go-to-market strategies
• Test new tactics and scale initiatives outside traditional affiliate channels
• Build operational processes that scale across multiple accounts

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of direct affiliate marketing experience required
• Experience with Fortune 500 or VC-funded brands strongly preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Partnerize, PartnerStack, Impact Radius)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, and custom reporting
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for client presentations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extrapolate insights from data
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask across multiple clients without sacrificing quality
• Self-starter who can work independently and resourcefully solve problems
• KPI-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Team-focused collaborator who can mentor junior staff
• Ability to travel up to 10%
