This role focuses on designing evaluation frameworks and task simulations within AI agent environments, requiring deep expertise in marketing analytics tooling and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs based on real marketing analytics scenarios, identifying key decision points and common pitfalls that distinguish expert practitioners
• Specify supporting materials including documents, dashboards, user personas, and tool configurations needed for realistic task execution
• Write and review reference answers with clear criteria that separate strong analytical responses from plausible but flawed approaches
• Evaluate AI agent attempts against established quality standards and domain-specific best practices
• Review AI-generated marketing analytics content to improve model outputs and decision-making capabilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and comprehensive coverage across datasets

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing analytics
• Fluency in Google Analytics 4
• Proficiency with a product analytics platform such as Amplitude
• Experience with a CRM system like Salesforce
• Strong working knowledge of advertising platform reporting and analytics
• Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies
• Relevant certification in evaluation frameworks or analytical methodologies
