The Opportunity
Temporal is shaping the future of application development by enabling organizations to build, scale, and run resilient applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Executive based in Germany to join our New Logo team and drive revenue within some of the largest and most complex enterprise organizations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Owning the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) sales territory
- Navigating matrixed enterprise companies
- Selling to highly technical personas such as software engineers and engineering leaders
- Growing our customer base by identifying new opportunities and closing deals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and support
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the technology sector
- Experience selling to technical decision-makers in large organizations
- A deep understanding of SaaS products and open-source technologies
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
