Account Development Representative – BeNeLux

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IoT technology organization seeking an Account Development Representative focused on the BeNeLux region. This is a career-launching role for ambitious sales professionals who want to build pipeline and develop into closing positions within a high-growth environment.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Netherlands, France, Germany, or the United Kingdom. Working hours align with CEST time zone.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Average 60+ daily calls to prospective customers across various industries
• Participate in trade shows and events to represent the brand and connect with prospects
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Salesforce CRM
• Progress through a structured three-tier development program (ADR I, II, and III) with formal training at each level
• Partner closely with Account Executives on large accounts and territory planning at senior levels

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in customer-facing roles
• Minimum 6-12 months sales experience
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in previous roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in English and Dutch (required)
• Growth mindset and ability to treat rejection as a learning opportunity
• Strong curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions

• Experience in closing-sales roles
• Proven achievements beyond work (academics, sports, community involvement)
• Collaborative approach and team-oriented mindset
