About the Role

As Executive Director, you will oversee all operational and instructional aspects of Elevation Schools, serving as the primary leader responsible for school performance, staff management, and student outcomes. This certified administrator position combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and instructional leadership. Working full-time on a school year calendar, you'll report to district leadership while shaping the vision and culture that define your school community.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategic school improvement initiatives aligned with district goals and academic priorities
• Lead, evaluate, and mentor instructional staff to strengthen teaching quality and accelerate student learning
• Manage operational budgets, facility resources, and administrative functions effectively
• Build meaningful partnerships with families, community organizations, and district support services
• Analyze student achievement data to identify needs, adjust programs, and measure progress
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and educational standards
• Foster an inclusive, positive school culture where students and staff thrive

What We're Looking For

• Valid South Carolina administrative certification (required)
• 3–5+ years of proven leadership experience in education, whether as an administrator or lead educator
• Strong background in curriculum design, instructional coaching, and academic improvement
• Demonstrated skill in data-driven decision making, communication, and team leadership
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and supporting all learners
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Compensation

Annual salary range: $102,393–$193,440, based on qualifications and experience per the board-approved 2025–2026 salary schedule. This full-time, 240-day position aligns with the school year calendar.
