Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute leadership development programs that strengthen Amazon's pipeline of senior leaders.
- Partner with PXT, Learning, and business stakeholders to translate development needs into practical, high-impact solutions.
- Own program planning end to end, coordinating timelines, resources, and delivery across teams.
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously refine offerings to raise the bar on leadership growth.
- Support Learning and PXT operations to ensure programs run smoothly and reach the leaders who need them.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management, ideally focused on leadership or talent development.
- A track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from concept to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and a drive to apply your skills at the most senior level.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
