About the Role
As a Seasonal Sales Associate for The North Face, you'll deliver exceptional customer service to retail shoppers seeking premium outdoor apparel, footwear, and equipment. What You'll Do
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products from The North Face's current collection
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at point of sale
- Maintain store displays, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized
- Answer product questions and explain features, materials, and performance benefits
- Support inventory management and receive shipments as needed
- Uphold The North Face brand standards through professional appearance and engaging customer interactions
