About the Role
As a Seasonal Sales Associate at The North Face, you'll be the face of our brand to customers seeking quality outdoor apparel and equipment. This full-time seasonal position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where customer satisfaction and sales excellence matter.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in finding the right products to match their outdoor needs and lifestyle
- Develop product knowledge about The North Face gear, materials, and capabilities to guide informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and securely while maintaining the highest standards of customer care
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences for every visitor
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a genuine desire to help
