About the Role

As a Floor Supervisor at Timberland Irvine Spectrum, you'll step into a frontline leadership position responsible for guiding a team of Brand Advocates through daily operations and customer interactions. Working closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in driving sales performance, maintaining visual standards, and fostering the kind of community-connected retail environment that defines the Timberland brand.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience aligned with Timberland's brand values
• Support store leadership in maximizing profitability through strong floor execution, associate accountability, and operational efficiency
• Drive customer engagement through product storytelling and compelling, brand-authentic merchandising
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and day-to-day store operations in the absence of senior management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects current brand direction
• Assist with inventory processes, loss prevention awareness, and accurate cash handling
• Build community connection by embodying Timberland's outdoor and sustainability ethos with every customer interaction
