About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client seeking a Junior Account Manager Intern to join their team in Paris starting January 2027. Our client operates across multiple European markets, partnering with premium hotels to deliver innovative customer experiences.

This 6-month internship offers genuine responsibility within a fast-growing international organization. You'll work directly with hotel partners, analyze performance data, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives while gaining hands-on B2B account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel partners in optimizing their performance through regular follow-up, demand management, and identifying improvement opportunities
• Assist Account Managers with key client meetings, portfolio analysis, and documentation of best practices
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize data to prioritize field actions and drive measurable results
• Identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement improvements
• Test concrete growth strategies and monitor their impact on partner success
• Contribute to making our client the reference partner for premium hotels across France and Europe
