💖 Stage – Customer Care Specialist (Janvier 2027)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential hospitality technology client in Paris seeking a Customer Care Specialist intern beginning January 2027. This is a 6-month stage opportunity with a dynamic scale-up operating across multiple European markets.

You'll play a central role in the customer experience, coordinating between users, partner properties, and internal teams. This position offers genuine responsibility and the chance to shape how thousands of customers interact with an innovative service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with customers across France, UK, Spain, Switzerland, and Belgium
• Resolve diverse customer cases and contribute to evolving the overall experience
• Support partner hotels to improve service delivery
• Share ideas and user feedback to actively improve the customer journey
• Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction indicators
• Analyze user feedback both quantitatively and qualitatively
• Identify concrete improvement opportunities
• Participate in optimizing processes and structuring the service
• Contribute to cross-functional projects spanning product, operations, and customer service
• Coordinate actions between teams
• Propose and test practical improvements
