Continuous partnership with senior decision makers, including those at senior vice president, executive vice president, and president tiers, is essential to align financial strategy with operational goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Direct a compact FP&A team in a dual hands-on and leadership capacity
- Support the financial planning needs of a 10,000-person Sales and Marketing organization across North America
- Enforce rigorous weekly forecasting practices to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Uphold strong discipline during quarter-end close activities
- Develop and refine projections for operating expenses and headcount
- Build and evaluate commission models through thorough analysis
- Collaborate regularly with senior executives at SVP, EVP, and president levels to inform key decisions
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience leading small FP&A teams while remaining an active individual contributor
- Solid skills in sales and marketing financial support at scale, particularly for large North American organizations
- Proficiency driving weekly forecast integrity and quarter-end process excellence
- Ability to produce reliable OPEX and headcount forecasts along with commission modeling and analysis
- Proven capacity to partner effectively with senior executives including SVPs, EVPs, and president-level leaders
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills suited to an FP&A manager role focused on sales and marketing
