Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assemble bicycles according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Perform repairs and adjustments including brakes, gears, wheels, and drivetrain components
• Diagnose mechanical and performance issues through customer consultation and hands-on inspection
• Maintain detailed records of service work completed and parts used
• Manage bike service inventory and order parts as needed
• Communicate with customers about repair timelines, costs, and maintenance recommendations
• Support the sales team by providing product expertise and fitting guidance
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
