Join Weareeverise as a Senior Operations Manager, Pharmacy, based in Work From Montana. We're seeking an experienced operations leader to drive operational excellence and strategic management across our pharmacy services.
Position Summary
This is a full-time role managing comprehensive pharmacy operations for Weareeverise. You'll oversee day-to-day clinical and business workflows, lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable operational improvements that enhance patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication dispensing workflows, and quality assurance protocols
- Lead, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and administrative personnel
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, HIPAA requirements, and Weareeverise operational standards
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and third-party vendors to streamline service delivery
- Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Address operational challenges and develop solutions to enhance team performance and patient satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) or related healthcare/operations field
- 5+ years of pharmacy operations, management, or healthcare operations experience
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Deep knowledge of pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and operational management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a structured environment
