Supply Chain Manager

Fresh Prints seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead operations in India. In this full-time role, you'll oversee a team of 3 to 7 Operations Associates and manage critical supply chain functions including vendor coordination, customer communications, and logistics optimization.

Position Summary

As a Supply Chain Manager at Fresh Prints, you'll own a specific segment of our operations, leading a team of Operations Associates toward shared performance goals. You'll report to our Operations Leadership team, with full accountability for establishing team metrics, driving productivity, and ensuring efficient delivery across our supply network. This high-impact role offers significant autonomy to shape your team's direction while maintaining clear responsibility for measurable business outcomes in a dynamic, rapidly scaling environment.

Core Duties

• Take complete ownership of an assigned supply chain section, including project scope, timeline management, and resource planning
• Recruit, mentor, and develop your team of 3 to 7 Operations Associates to maximize their potential and contribution
• Define, implement, and track key performance indicators that measure your team's success and impact
• Coordinate vendor partnerships and customer interactions to maintain seamless workflow across departments
• Address team escalations, identify underlying causes of operational challenges, and implement effective solutions independently
• Plan team staffing requirements and foster talent growth within your area
• Conduct regular one-on-one conversations with your team and your manager to maintain alignment and support development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, including 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• Strong analytical and organizational mindset with ability to manage complex processes
• Capacity to work independently and make sound decisions with limited oversight
• Proven ability to negotiate and reach favorable outcomes with stakeholders
• Fluent English communication in writing and conversation
• Willingness to work night shift hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday
• Detail-focused, with a natural leadership presence and goal-oriented approach
• Ability to remain composed and function effectively when managing competing demands and pressure
