Customer Centric Engineer

Jobgether is recruiting a Customer Centric Engineer to join our remote team based in Ireland. In this full-time position, you'll become a trusted technology partner to enterprise customers, helping them unlock the power of modern data and AI platforms.

The Opportunity

This role places you at the heart of customer success, combining software engineering expertise with data infrastructure knowledge and genuine customer advocacy. You'll serve as the crucial connection between customer needs and our engineering and product capabilities, tackling complex technical challenges whilst driving meaningful improvements to the customer experience. Working with advanced cloud technologies and data platforms, you'll help enterprise organisations extract maximum value from their technology investments whilst shaping the evolution of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to enterprise customers, solving sophisticated technical problems and delivering high-impact solutions
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and system integration work across cloud-based data infrastructure
• Bridge customer requirements with our engineering and product teams to drive alignment and innovation
• Influence the direction of our product by translating customer feedback into meaningful improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering background with demonstrable experience in data platforms or modern technology infrastructure
• Proven ability to navigate complex technical challenges and explain them clearly to diverse audiences
