Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues across customer production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system performance
• Design and implement custom integrations connecting customer systems with data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI tools
• Architect scalable solutions within cloud environments, focusing on data pipelines, infrastructure optimization, and system reliability
• Troubleshoot data infrastructure bottlenecks and recommend architectural enhancements to improve platform performance
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, translating customer needs into feature requests and technical improvements
• Guide enterprise customers through platform adoption, configuration, and optimization best practices
• Document solutions, create technical resources, and mentor customers toward self-sufficiency

Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in problem-solving and systems design
• Working knowledge of modern data platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, and analytics systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and data infrastructure components
• Excellent communication skills—ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated success collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
