Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote AZ)

Join Oscar Health as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in this remote Arizona-based role. You'll serve members and healthcare partners through diverse customer interactions and operational support work.

Position Summary

This position combines customer-facing service delivery with backend operational work in a high-volume, production-focused environment. You'll work from your home office in Arizona, managing member interactions and processing tasks that support our insurance operations. Reporting to the Concierge Operations Manager, you'll earn $19.00 per hour as your base rate, with the opportunity to earn an additional $1.00 per hour upon passing the bilingual language assessment. Full-time employees receive vacation accrual at 15 days per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Oscar's systems, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Engage with members, brokers, providers, and partner vendors across phone, email, and additional communication channels based on your assignments
• Own your assigned caseload, meeting targets for service quality, productivity, and accuracy
• Foster productive relationships with colleagues and external partners
• Identify and escalate issues to leadership through established pathways
• Monitor work-in-progress items and drive resolution within expected timeframes
• Participate in efforts to refine and improve workflows
• Adhere to all regulatory, operational, and compliance standards, particularly regarding member privacy and protected health information

Who We're Looking For

• Professional-level bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused or high-volume work environment
• A minimum of six months in a healthcare role
• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred qualifications: analytical skills, experience with data management, or strong knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications
