Oscar Health is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Members and Provider Services team in Georgia, United States. In this full-time role, you'll handle a high volume of customer interactions and operational tasks that keep our health insurance operations running effectively.

Position Summary

This is a volume-focused position combining customer service excellence with back-office operations work. You'll be part of the team that provides direct support to our members, healthcare providers, insurance brokers, and vendor partners. Reporting to the Concierge Operations Manager, you'll work through multiple communication channels to resolve issues, provide information, and process requests according to established workflows. The role demands accuracy, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to member service within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interactions with members, providers, brokers, and partners through phone, email, and other assigned communication channels
  • Own an assigned caseload, maintaining delivery quality, productivity expectations, and service standards
  • Learn and apply Oscar's business processes, procedures, and technology tools to serve members effectively
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Identify issues and escalate them through proper channels to leadership and support teams
  • Monitor work-in-progress items and track issue resolution status
  • Route problems to resolution quickly, ensuring we meet promised response times
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen our operations
  • Protect member privacy and health information according to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Comply with all applicable laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Full professional bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • One or more years of experience in a high-volume or customer-centered role
  • Six or more months of healthcare industry experience
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma

Preferred qualifications include strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, experience with data entry and information accuracy, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suites.
