Events Executive

Join PRISM+, a leading events management company in Singapore, as an Events Executive and contribute to the success of our vibrant events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

The Opportunity

• Be part of a dynamic team responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, from small conferences to large-scale corporate events.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions that exceed expectations.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure all events run smoothly by overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing event staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with event suppliers and venues to secure the best deals and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, marketing, and client communication.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver event solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage event staff and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring all details are perfect.
• Handle post-event evaluations and provide feedback to improve future events.

• Proven experience in event management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with clients and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
