Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate collection efforts where necessary
• Maintain comprehensive billing documentation and file records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to clarify charges, address concerns, and support smooth billing cycles
• Generate billing reports and provide financial data to support management decision-making

• Proven experience in a billing, accounting, or finance role, ideally within a service-based or technology environment
