Managed Services Product Coordinator

Phoenix Software seeks an organised and detail-focused Managed Services Product Coordinator to join our team in Pocklington, England. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to support the seamless delivery and coordination of managed services solutions to our valued clients.

Position Summary

As a Managed Services Product Coordinator at Phoenix Software, you will be instrumental in ensuring effective delivery and management of our managed services offerings. Working across multiple departments, you will coordinate project timelines, manage deliverables, and maintain strong communication with both internal teams and external clients. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of our managed services division, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and support throughout their engagement with us.

Core Duties

• Coordinate managed services projects from initiation through delivery, monitoring milestones and ensuring timely completion
• Facilitate communication and handovers between sales, delivery, support, and client teams
• Maintain accurate project documentation, service schedules, and comprehensive client records
• Support client onboarding processes, including setup coordination and initial service communications
• Track service performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Assist account managers with administrative tasks and respond to customer inquiries
• Contribute to developing and refining managed services processes and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product coordination, project coordination, or related administrative role
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with capacity to balance multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with office software, email platforms, and project management applications
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and quality
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within team settings
• Experience in managed services, software delivery, or similar service-based environments preferred
