Join Hornblower in Washington, D.C. as a Cook I / Food Runner on our City Cruises DC dining team. This is a full-time position where you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest experiences through food service excellence on our scenic vessel dining cruises.

About the Role

As a Cook I / Food Runner, you'll support our galley operations by maintaining dining service standards, keeping our buffet stations fully stocked and appealing, and ensuring food reaches guests promptly. You'll contribute to a clean, organized kitchen and dining environment where every detail matters to our guests' experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and replenish buffet stations throughout each dining service, ensuring food presentation remains inviting and complete
• Transport prepared food safely from the galley to dining areas in a timely manner
• Assist with galley and buffet area cleaning, including setup and breakdown between services
• Provide warm, attentive hospitality to both team members and guests, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service
• Follow our RESPECT service standards in all interactions and duties
• Support the galley team with food handling and basic preparation tasks as needed
