This role supports the front‑of‑house team by ensuring smooth food and beverage service, maintaining a tidy dining environment, and delivering courteous hospitality to every guest on board.
What You'll Do
- Help servers deliver meals, drinks, and special orders quickly and accurately.
- Clear plates, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly to keep service flowing.
- Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for the next seating.
- Keep service stations, walkways, and public areas tidy and free of debris.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Answer guest questions about the vessel, route, and landmarks with a friendly attitude.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to anticipate needs.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces before and after cruises.
