About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you are the frontline ambassador for our community. You'll manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease execution, representing our properties with professionalism and market expertise. Your role combines sales acumen, administrative precision, and genuine hospitality to maximize occupancy and resident retention while maintaining the high standards Legacy Partners is known for.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive property tours and unit showings, highlighting floor plans, finishes, and community amenities to prospective residents
• Process lease applications, verify tenant qualifications, and prepare lease documentation accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person contact to move prospects through the leasing pipeline
• Answer detailed questions about pricing, move-in incentives, lease terms, and property features with confidence
• Maintain the leasing office environment and community common areas to reflect our professional standards
• Utilize property management software to track leads, update resident information, and coordinate with the operations team
• Work toward occupancy and leasing targets while delivering exceptional customer service to every interaction
• Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and enhance the leasing experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service or sales experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex lease terms clearly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling applications and documentation
• Genuine interpersonal warmth and ability to build rapport with diverse residents and prospects
• Self-motivation and ability to meet or exceed occupancy and leasing goals
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management software; willingness to learn new platforms
• Reliability and professional appearance; commitment to on-site work during business hours and leasing events
