Leasing Consultant

Legacy Partners is seeking a personable, results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team in Irvine, Orange County, and help prospective residents discover their next apartment home.

About the Role

As a full-time Leasing Consultant with Legacy Partners in Irvine, you will serve as the welcoming face of one of our multifamily communities. This on-site role blends sales, customer service, and community management, giving you the opportunity to guide prospects from their first inquiry through move-in while supporting the day-to-day success of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, lead engaging tours, and showcase available apartment homes and community amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person, building rapport and following up to convert interest into signed leases.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, applications, and related documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, pricing, and local market conditions in Orange County.
• Support resident retention efforts and contribute to a positive, professionally managed living environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• A sales-minded, goal-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Comfort working on-site full time at our Irvine community.
• Prior leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
