About the Role

As a Caregiver HHA with Elara Caring, you'll provide direct, hands-on support that improves daily quality of life. You'll work closely with clients and their families to deliver reliable personal care services, building trust and meaningful relationships while helping people manage their health and well-being at home.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement throughout the home
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Report observations and document care activities accurately
• Communicate effectively with family members and the care team

What We're Looking For

• Current HHA certification or willingness to become certified
• Genuine compassion and patience working with seniors and individuals with health needs
• Reliability and professional conduct
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and basic caregiving tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
